About Jason Turchin
Jason Turchin earned his J.D. Degree from University of Miami School of Law. While in law school and upon graduation, Jason worked with Black, Srebnick, Kornspan and Stumpf handling complex litigation cases. With a strong passion for victim’s rights, Jason joined Bernstein and Maryanoff’s personal injury and wrongful death practice where he headed a division managing more than 1,000 client cases. After 6 years with Bernstein and Maryanoff, Jason opened up his own practice continuing to focus on victim’s rights.
He represents those victimized or killed because of someone else’s negligence.
Jason’s practice includes cruise ship litigation, representing many passengers injured while on a cruise. His experience in cruise ship cases includes representing passengers in slip and fall claims, falls down steps, injuries in staterooms due to ship rocking, food poisoning, bed bugs, burns from buffet lights, and even glass blended into frozen drinks.
